Using chatbots is a smart approach to dealing with any number of customer-facing tasks. Not only are they a great way to converse with your users, but they can also help add to your bottom line. However, to maximize this opportunity, you need to use conversational chatbots which deliver on your business objectives. Here’s how you can do it.

Set your goals

What is it that you want your chatbot to achieve? That is the most critical question to ask because you need to design scripts which consistently deliver on that objective. If you utilize different chatbots for different purposes, then the text needs to adapt accordingly.
